Abdominoplasty: Tummy Tuck First of all, any surgery is major surgery. It is not for the faint of heart. In fact you must be in very good overall health to have tummy tuck surgery. If you have any problems with your heart, vascular system, or digestive system, it could hinder your being able to have the abdominoplasty surgery. Hello! I am Susan’s abdomen. I have been around about 35 years now. Susan and I have gotten along fairly well until the last few years. Susan has had three children (quite adorable) and has gained considerable weight with each child. You know how it is… you want to lose weight after the first child but before you can get it all together here comes child number two. Same scenario with weight gain and child number three. Now as an abdomen (or tummy if you will) I have gone through quite a bit of stretching! Those stretch marks are not too appealing and I must admit I just am plain embarrassed! I completely understand how Susan feels. After child number three the weight just would not come off and actually just kept piling on. We went to the gym, did a regimen of the most popular and long time stand by diets. After some serious work Susan began to lose the weight she (and I) so desperately wanted to lose. But now the extra skin was really unsightly. A friend of Susan’s told her about a surgical procedure called the Tummy Tuck. Susan started to do a lot of research on the surgery and did some serious thinking. These are a few of the things she found out. Copyright 2009 Tummy Tuck Abdominoplasty Information.
